RAM RE Property Advisors are currently completing the development of a 24 unit apartment scheme in a UK regional city on behalf of a UK Financial Institution, working closely with expert project management and construction specialists. A pre-sale of the completed development has been agreed.
Richard Murphy advised a multi-division client in relation to the acquisition of a large site brown field site, to be used for the manufacture of structures for the sustainability sector. Working as part of a multi-disciplined team to ensure thorough due-diligence prior to commitment, whilst highly focussed on the need to meet a demanding deadline to have the facility up and running to meet the client’s contract delivery requirements.

A complex transaction involving an exchange of contracts with completion conditional upon planning, site investigations, assessment and agreement of the costs of off-site works.
