Appointed as Fixed Charge Receivers by a UK Private Bank, we are currently engaged in asset management and selective/targeted disposal of an extensive retail portfolio in order to maximise the out-turn for our appointor and other creditors.

Appointed as Fixed Charge Receivers by a UK based funder, we are currently completing the development of a 24 unit apartment scheme in a UK regional city, working closely with expert project management and construction specialists. The project has included the instigation of remedial works and placement of a new homes warranty in addition to completion of the development. A pre-sale of the completed development has been agreed.

We have been engaged by a UK lending institution to support the internal risk team in a sampling review of their loan book in order to help identify stress and put in place early mitigating strategies with borrowers, where required. The sampling has a sector focus, cognisant of the need, in addition to the more predictable property cycle impacts, to establish trends resulting from the impact of both Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic.
